Process

Casal dels Infants it is a social organization dedicated since 1983 to the educational reinforcement of children, young people and families at risk of social exclusion, with the goal that they can build their future on equal opportunities. Since its creation, has accompanied more than 40,000 children, youth and their families in the development of their own abilities to get ahead.
Born in the neighborhood of el Raval in Barcelona, currently serves more than 7,000 people, also in Badalona, Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Sant Adrià de Besòs, Besòs-Maresme, Salt and Tanger (Morocco).
The collaboration between CASAL DELS INFANTS and Elabs started at the end of the year 2018. From the first minute that the opportunity arose to collaborate, all the team Elabs set to work in a proactive manner in order to achieve results.
The goal is to get donations and volunteer work, which may have a bearing on the future of children and young people, the final recipients of the work of the Association Casal dels Infants, it may be best.
Since that time, we have not stopped to investigate new ways of optimization of traffic, analysis of the campaigns, optimization of keywords, ... to ensure that the results are always the best.
All this work was carried out in collaboration with the marketing team Casal dels Infants, with them, we developed a plan of action that helped us to know in detail the work of the Association and in this way we were able to define the characteristics of the “buyer person” the Casal dels Infants, that is to say, the future volunteers and donors to the work of the HOUSE OF the INFANTS are able to accomplish their goals of a society that is more fair and balanced.
Some of the strategies that further boosted this growth were the following:
- Buyer Person: We define the profiles objectives of volunteers and donors.
- Benchmarking: We conducted a market analysis to detect the competitors, identify their strategies, and make decisions about it.
- Keyword Research: We conducted a study of keywords, with the purpose of detecting the most searched words by the users on social issues. So much so that, from this result, we define a content strategy to reach a more effective way to our target audience as previously defined.
In addition to getting an excellent 25% in organic traffic, which is essential to the appearance in searches of the buyer person defined (volunteers and donations), we are proud to achieve the following results:
- Keywords Key for Casal dels Infants reach positions 1st and 2nd in the SERP.
- Up to a 29% of CTR in the Google AdWORDS campaigns.
- Landings with an increase in traffic of up to 1000%
